Ms. Ali has over 15 years of proposal experience as a graphic artist, desktop publisher, including 3 years as a proposal team lead and coordinator. In the proposal arena, she has also served as a visualization graphics artist, desktop publisher, technical writer, and proposal editor. Rabia is very creative in her designs, collaborates well with her teams, and works independently to support the preparation of hundreds of proposals for contracts varying from $20M to $1B in value.
